Shipping and Handling

At Work From Clothes, we understand the excitement of receiving your order, and we're committed to getting it to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 24-48 business hours for us to process it. As a small, dedicated team, we take the time to ensure every item is checked for quality and carefully hand-packed before it leaves our facility.

We are pleased to offer shipping through UPS, providing reliable and efficient delivery options to suit your needs. Choose from the following:

UPS Ground: Delivery expected within one to five business days.
UPS Two Day Air: Delivery expected in two business days.
UPS Next Day Air: Delivery by the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or shipment, please reach out to us and we would be delighted to assist.

Returns and Exchanges

At Work From Clothes, your satisfaction is essential. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the time you receive your order to request a return if you're not completely satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@workfromclothes.com to initiate a return, or log in to your account on our website using the email address associated with your order to start the process directly.

Return Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important Note: Please do not send any items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Timeframe: We ask that you please allow up to 14 business days to see a full refund back to your original form of payment for returns, from the day we receive your returned item.

While we do not currently facilitate exchanges, you are welcome to return your order and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Payment and Taxes

Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, the decision is made by the cardholder's bank, and unfortunately, Work From Clothes has no influence over or ability to reverse this decision. However, we’re here to help! If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us as soon as possible at workfromclothes@gmail.com. We can provide the necessary information to help you dispute the chargeback with your bank.
